MITCH NEWS

To all Partners and Participants in MITCH

Some of you who have given presentations at the various MITCH Workshops have asked about publication. As you are aware, the MITCH contract has allowed for internet publication through the website, and the production of CDs for each workshop. The latter are provided to the partners, and some have been provided to 3rd parties on request. For those wanting journal publication of their presentations, an opportunity has now arisen through the new Journal for River Basin Management (JRBM). The following message from the IAHR Secretariat is self-explanatory.

"JRBM is the International Journal of River Basin Management, a brand new Journal which will be published by IAHR (co-sponsored by INBO). The first issue will be launched at the World Water Forum in Kyoto in March, 2003, and we are of course looking for ways to spread the word about this new, exciting journal at any relevant events - incl. MITCH.

If you would like further information, please visit the JRBM web page at www.jrbm.net
